Reality vs Illusion

When you look down a steep drop to the bottom,
You wonder if you could test reality,
Like the unreal Vanilla Sky,
If you hurdled yourself down
Would it all just skip a beat
And start to rewind?
In the dark I took that test by accident.
Mixed with a month of morphine,
Reality has never seemed the same.
